The vineyards and olive groves around the medieval village of Pouzols-Minervois offer fabulous views of the Corbières Hills and Black Mountain throughout the year. On clear days you can see the Canigou, one of the highest mountains in the Pyrenees, from the comfort of our roof terrace.
