Payment

Guests pay a £200 deposit per booking. This will be refunded as soon as possible after inspection of the property following your departure. If the property requires additional cleaning or defumigating, a charge of up to £150 will be withheld. Additional charges may be withheld for items lost, stolen or damaged.

If there are any changes to the number of people staying in the property, you are required to let us know before you arrive. Pets are not allowed. But we do advise guests that the house sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, with an additional cot, single bed on the mezzanine and folding bed available if required.

Reservation

Your stay includes use of the heated plunge pool (3m x 3.5m x 1.5m) with security system. Due to its size, this pool is not suitable for swimming and diving.

By booking our accommodation, you agree to:

  1. Attest to have understood the recommendations of use concerning pool safety, and to have received the recommendations provided by the owner.
  2. Attest that the pool is equipped with a safety cover and that you have been shown how to use it, in the company of the owner/person welcoming you to the house who has made sure you have understood.
  3. You absolve the owner of any responsibility regarding pool safety whilst you are staying on the property.
  4. I promise to use the pool responsably, as a good parent, and to respect the advice of how to use the pool, covering it when no longer using the pool.
  5. I am aware that I have been advised that, for insurance purposes, use of the pool is strictly limited to persons staying at Le Fort, and that I am not authorised to invite non-residents to use the pool.
  6. I promise to be particularly vigilant in keeping all people participating in our stay under careful supervision, especially any children.
